Guidelines for filling the Price Request Form:
​
  1. FIll in your contact information on the top of the form.
  2. If you are looking for SU8 Molds for PDMS casting or thermoplastic hot embossing:
             (1) Please check one of the SU-8 Mold check boxes. Typically, Silicon wafers are used for PDMS casting, and Copper molds are used for hot                      embossing.
             (2) Next, specify the desired wafer size and quantity.
             (3) About silanisation: silanisation is a surface modification which renders the mold hydrophobic. It facilitates mold-product separation, and                        increases the lifespan of the mold.
             (4) If the desired stamp is a customized one (i.e. none of DropSeq, SeqWell, inDrop B/C), please also specify the design details including                            layer height and feature size. If you desire multi-layer designs, please choose “2” (or “Other”) , extra columns for relevant information will                        appear.


     3.  If you are looking for PDMS Microfluidic Device:

             (1) Please specify your desired design (for customized designs, please just type in the design name)
             (2) About punch size**:
                   0.75 mm was the initial hole size used by McCaroll Lab (Macosko et al., 2015).
                   0.90 mm is usually more desirable, because it works similarly, but is easier to use.
​                   Other punch sizes are also available.
                   ** The hole size is slightly smaller than punch size, and the difference varies based on the thickness of the DMS layer.
             (3) About Aquapel flush: Aquapel is a surface modification agent that renders the device surface hydrophobic. This modification lasts for                          approximately 10-15 weeks after shipment, and is needed for DropSeq chips to generate monodispersed droplets.
