We excel in the fabrication of SU8-based silicon (Si) wafers molds, as well as our patented SU8-based copper (Cu) molds. Typically, our products have micrometer-level features, and the height ranges from a few to 500 μm. They can serve as molds for hot embossing or PDMS casting.
